North Shore Saunas

North Shore Sauna will be back this year offering the chance to warm up in one of their sauna tents. These portable saunas offer not only a place to warm up, but a variety of health benefits as well. Some benefits include stress reduction, enhanced circulation, and detoxification for your skin. There will be tents located in a few places around the island, including one that will allow you to do a “Polar Dip” into the frozen lake and then enjoy the heat of the sauna.
